Biggest and baddest ADSL data users in SA

Fcking amateurs, you can see I'm not a Afrihost client anymore, the day a 20Mbps surpasses my 40Mbps lines... Guess where I am now :P

On a more serious note, you can see Afrihost is by far the best ISP for uncapped users, look at the data they can rock up compared to the rest.

Not just in this article, but in previous one's as well, Afrihost has the best thresholds, IS based ISP's are not that good at uncapped.

The accounts with the highest downloads are business accounts where there aren't thresholds. Also about the only thing the account is good for is torrents.

Its not a good account at all.

They still throttle business accounts :P

We don't have a true uncapped set up in SA regardless of what an isp say.

I am busy binging on a series on Netflix, my wife and daughter is on youtube half the day, my son is on steam the whole day playing games and I do about 290GB per month!

I don't get it.. If they can't handle the traffic and they have fup in place how the heck do these accounts manage to get that high?? Also.. If other uses are complaining about slow speeds while their uncapped packages as shown are doing TBs of data then someone at the ISP needs their head chopped

Still publishing Opencrap's lies. No one can ever download even half of the smallest result from Opencrap's figures

what i cant follow - is that these users have to buy 2TB of HDD space every month to store all this on average???

More likely they are businesses with high data usage and multiple users.
