Biggest let-downs in SA tech during 2012

Why didn't anyone say that the biggest let down was Dinosaurus Pule's ability to prioritize her shoe fetish over and above the ICT needs of the country?

My wish is that the "powers that be"(people or companies who can do something about a problem) can improve on these past "let-downs" in the coming year. Perhaps this list of "let-downs" could even be sent to the relevant "powers that be" to note and try avoiding in future, so that it may serve also as something other than just a debatable topic.

Then again it might just be a distant dream for these list of concerns to be addressed in South Africa. Proudly South African.:whistle:
