The 5102S looks great. Is it available yet? Both Jump and Digital Planet currently only have the 5100SM for sale (not even the 5100S)--I assume they're trying to get rid of old stock.
Not yet, only from next week.Saber said:Would they be able to supply the 5102S if we gave them a phone call? Or if you gave them a phone call?![]()
The oline shops for sure - they have a fixed mark-up. For the rest of the dealers, we can only recommend, but the chances are good. Just remember that the 5100S was on a special the last month or so.Saber said:You also mentioned in a previous post that the 5102S would sell at the same price as the 5100S, any way you can ensure that your resellers honour this?
Have a look now. It is still not all the dealers, but will be completed before Wednesday (tommorrow) evening.Saber said:Also, the Where-to-Buy page is still not up. Any idea when we can expect that?
You can connect it directly to a switch, hub or router as well. No extra settings are required.louisp said:Must you connect the modem to an ethernet on your PC, or can you do it via a router?
BILLION Tech said:Hi Roland. I am from BILLION support. We are not aware of any outstanding or unswapped faulty units and I will appreciate if you could email me with some information on this. All faulties will pass through us for any major repairs or maintenance.
Please inform us where the unit was bought and when did you return it?
The failure rate on BILLION products including the 5100S is well below 1%.
