I was wondering if any has had the following problem and/or has the solution to it.
My billion 7300G very rarely syncs at the max speed for my line (3072), it seems to want to keep the snr at round about 14 so it down's what it syncs it, so at the time of writing its 1623. If I plug my microcom router in it I sync at full speed but obviously lose a bit of snr, however its still stable enough to keep the sync. I want to know if there is a way to make the billion always sync at max line speed or am I going to have to switch to my old microcom.
I dont like getting 50% of my max speed.
