"I am on Vuma Reach 100/50Mbps. My line is perfect in the morning, but from 14:00 to 23:00 daily, I get massive packet loss and timeouts and speed drop due to regional Vuma congestion. Standard tickets keep getting closed by Vuma. Please can a rep manually escalate this congestion to Vumatel network planning?
