Billion 800VGT PPP issues

Hxx luckily thats only your opinion of Billion routers. I have had my 7300G almost for a year now and never ever had any problems whatsoever. Plus anything that Telkom touches you know will cease to function sometime, thats why I bought myself an original branded router instead of getting a crappy Telkom one

Hi I Have the same issues with my billion 800 VGT.
Two weeks ago the lighting crashed my Siemens Telkom router. It took the route to Telkom Westgate and they did a swap "Lucky me ".
I then setup my network and everything was fine until i changed the router LAN setting to another IP Range.
In the beginning it would work fine but intermittently the PPP LED would flash light orange then dark orange for 60 sec.
When the light flashes would flash light orange and dark orange mi cannot browse Google and as well I cannot even remote into the router to check the event log.
I then after a frustrating couple of hours restored back to factory settings and bob’s you uncle it is stable I left it for a couple of day and it was much better .It would now again flash DO and LO but not on a regular basis.

Is there anyone that can help me resolve this ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to agree with you there StoneCold - my Billion 7300 RA just keeps going. I reckon it's good value for money (R550.00)
