I guess the meat is healthy but not all the salt. Even choking to death on biltong sounds like a honorable way to go!

First point of business is getting your basic biltong spice from them. I personally use Crown National's Legendary Safari (Biltong) spice.

As I said a bit earlier in this thread, I really don't like the taste of Crown's Safari spice. YMMV...
