My girlfriend had to take her Blackberry Curve 8250 in a few weeks ago and the "technician" at the store did a restore / reset on the phone. Now she cannot get into her Bis to access her emails etc. (That's how I understand it according to how shes explaining it to me). When we go onto http://mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za/ and ask for the password to be sent to her Blackberry, nothing comes through. (When supplying her pin).
Any help as to how to retrieve the password??
