Bis password recovery issues

Hi there

My girlfriend had to take her Blackberry Curve 8250 in a few weeks ago and the "technician" at the store did a restore / reset on the phone. Now she cannot get into her Bis to access her emails etc. (That's how I understand it according to how shes explaining it to me). When we go onto http://mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za/ and ask for the password to be sent to her Blackberry, nothing comes through. (When supplying her pin).

Any help as to how to retrieve the password??
 
There seems to be information missing from here.

BIS doesn't need a password to work

Did she create a vodafonesa e-mail address (ie. didn't have an existing e-mail address?)
 
She used her yahoo email. I think I'll have a look at the thing myself this weekend and see what I can do. You know women and technology. :p
 
If she used her yahoo mail there is NO reason to use that mobilemail site :P

Add email,put in yahoo address and password. Done


*Most probable reason no password is sent is because she doesn't have one on vodafonesa

So she's being a boob and making a nipple of me. :o (I've never even touched a Blackberry before so haven't a clue what's what).

Thanks for the help. :p Now I can rag her for it. :D

More than likely ;)
Tell her to go to the Gear icon for settings,then email accounts and add the yahoo account there
