Just want to thank Mike and the Bitco team for all their help! You guys rock.
I'm kinda in the same boat again. I'm in the process of acquiring another property. This means my connection needs to be moved. Once everything is cast in stone I will have to try and get the closest tower from either Mike or Garth to see if I can see the tower. I have my doubts though, but can surely make a plan. Frightened I might not have coverage and that will be a travesty...

What's up with the Steiltes tower in Nelspruit? No connection.
Any plans for towers in Pta area suburb : akasia, heatherdale, karen park areas ?

Unfortunately no plans to head that direction at the moment, the closest we have is Wonderboom and seems like you are a little too far :-(

I got a reply back from bitco this morning that my connection is fine. Do you have any plans for the future to have out of hours support (and weekend support)?
Bitco has crippled my gaming experience. The LOS (LAG, Rubberbanding) on FPS has driven me up the wall. I can not wait to be done with my contract so that I can go to a better ISP.
I suggest you remove your claims that your connections are excellent for gaming. I will be reporting it as it is clearly false advertising.

I'm not the only one.
I have a ping of 5 - 8 on CS:GO
180 - 190 on WoW
other SA servers like rust around 30ms
No Lag or rubber banding.
I'm just curious as to why now you ask them to remove it because you have an issue
Also your assumption that I'm one of few. Sounds like you have an agenda, what ever it is. I really hope your connection gets sorted. Just think they way you going about it is wrong.

I had the Bitco 10Mpbs link installed at my place 3 weeks ago and still not up and running properly. I am getting so many timeouts on the link that its making it impossible for me to play any games on it. The service and support I am getting from them is just shocking.
I am thinking of trying Neotel Wireless now as I cannot continue like this with Bitco.
