May or June I think. Not sure  Will have to go check.
Took it over 24 months. No installation paid.

I signed up in May 12 month contract , but the router is yours as a "gift" , you can do with it as you please , not only after 24 months or 12 months in my case . If you cancel , they wont take the router back , it will be covered in cancellation fees :D . Well that is how I understand it . The switch and dish will never be yours even after 24 months , that belongs to Bitco

Even if you pay the R4800 once off?

Got the 12 month contract, as long as if the hardware fails its their cost to replace to keep up.

Yeah , they maintain the hardware , so no worries about lightning strikes leading to buying new equipment etc .

So logged yet another complaint with Bitco, just to let them know that my initial complaint of over a week ago was never solved, jeeeeeez looks like each complaint only amounts to one attempt to fix my problem:mad:

Oh my ****ing word.

More or less the reply I just got from them... It was pointed out to me that they can see I'm running a download at the moment, and that's whats causing the packet loss when I'm gaming... Oh thank you so much Bitco, I've been running downloads non stop for the past 2 months without ever noticing, and it was so stupid of me to not think that this is whats causing the issues when I game, who would've ever thought that I should turn off my downloads when I game:wtf:

Sarcasm aside, I honestly don't know how to even reply to this retarded message

Please share your downloads with us.
Joking aside that's a low blow.

If there is one thing I can fault Bitco on it's that the support guys don't try to fully understand the problem before sending a response and closing the ticket.

Look, it is a wireless connection and some packet loss is to be expected, but it is a really weak answer you got there.

Nope, only have the one router, but heading over to a buddies house over the weekend with my pc, he's also with Bitco, so if it runs smooth on there, and Bitco is yet to find a problem on their side, I'm going to be almost 100% sure its a hardware issue on my side.

No Ethernet cable you can run directly to your pc? Might be hardware related. You have more than one PC connected?

Maybe try troubleshooting from the switch outwards. Disconnect everything from the switch (All devices). Connect one PC to the switch with the Ethernet cable and see what it does. Then the next device and so on. Could be a variety of things... Some fault finding would need to be done to make sure it's not on your side of the line I suppose.

edit: On a side note. I had a wireless lan card in my PC I used ages ago. It started giving me issues and I got one of those Edimax USB wifi thingies. Never had a problem since. They cheap if it turns out to be your Network card, these things are awesome :)
