I have been trying to contact Garth since Friday morning, haven't heard a word, I understand he is CEO, but he could at least send an email back to say that when he has some time that he would look into it, but its been dead quiet..
Get in line

I have been trying to get Garth to either respond to me, or direct me to someone who can assist, since the 12th August. I have sent numerous emails, pm's and have tried contacting him telephonically on many occasions only to be brushed off or told to call back the following day.
We have a complex in Lonehill that Bitco did a proposal on to install fibre and provide internet services via a dedicated p2p wireless link. They came out and did an entire site inspection (conduits, reticulation, etc). They were extremely professional and quite jacked up. Once we were ready to send out the circular inviting residents to apply for the service and just needed Bitco to give it the nod and provide a primary contact to co-ordinate the applications the correspondence died. I drafted the circular myself, giving detailed info on the proposal and blowing enough smoke up Bitco's rear to launch them into outer space

. All we needed was a nod and a contact inserted into the draft.
I have a funny feeling Bitco may have bitten off more than they can chew when they started offering services to the public. I don't think they were ready for the volume of interest, which is a pity as things started off so well.
Who knows, perhaps they will find a balance, but I have to admit that I am quite disappointed.
