To give you some hope they called me 5min before they closed on a Friday when they activated my link.
Did any of you guys ask the engineer when they installed what your signal strength was?

Nope, didn't even think to ask that to be honest.
Nope, no issues.....just BF4, everything else running perfectly.

Unfortunately no activation yet for me today. They are still busy testing. I think there may be a lot of interference there by me. So now I'm just hoping that they get everything working well.
The big thing is its not just BF4, its bf3 BF hardline COD WOW titanfall and for some its conterstrike thats the tip of the iceberg! New rainbow six is coming, Battlefront is coming battlefield 5 is coming where will we stand in a year? Who knows....
Gaming Letter/Petition of Complaint.

If you are a avid gamer and you are using BITCO as your ISP and you are having issues with the quality of gaming the ISP is providing, please add your name to the list below.No matter what platform you are using PC,XboxOne,Xbox360,PS3 or PS4 please register.
The goal is to provide a list/letter to BITCO to show them to what extent or how deep this issue runs. We have been all complaining for the last 3 months with no solution having been provided by BITCO.
I don't know about anybody else but im fed up with having to pay a premium amount of money for a non premium service. Accountability has to be applied and a solution must be presented. I refuse to cancel or give up, I will not allow BITCO to take the easy way out. It was working before without issues, get it working again!
I am hoping that this show of force from the community will jolt someone into action from BITCO(namely Garth as he doesn't take phone calls) and come up with a solution.
If you guys can assist, please make your mark.

Out of interest sake, how's Forza 5 or any of the Forza games on BitCo?
I cancelled my contract 10 months in. Didn't receive the promised service so I will add my name too. You can remove it if you only want current members.

Leave it in, as you too were affected by this issue,so much so you cancelled your service, which shouldn't have happened.
exactly the thing is some guys have just entered into a contract with bitco and i am sure none of this was comunicated to them. My usage per month is around 30 to 40 gig i just wanna play my games, study and watch some videos i had a tournament set up on BF4 for R10k to the winning team this is out of the water now for myself. My contract is coming to a close so its easy to cancel but i wont do this because i am being put into the same group as guys that download torrents 150gig to 200gig per month. I have personally not been on a torrent site once in my 10months with bitco not for me and should not affect me yet it does this is hands down the most expensive 5mb line out there we need reslults updates ASAP! Thx to the guys for fighting this keep doing soSo online games in general then
I play alot of battlefield 4 almost every single evening and my connection to servers seems to be back to normal(touch wood) after the "fix" they said they have implemented . No lagging or rubber banding and pings are really consistent. However i feel it shouldnt have taken over a month for a fix that half works with the fact that majority of players are still having these issues. I havent had any problems with my link since getting bitco besides the BF4 one that seems to be fixed, but have been quite happy witth the performance with streaming and downloads. Will add my name to list as well to avoid future problems...

Forza 5 seems to be fine, played the other day with a mate online and it performed exceptionally well.
Battlefield 4 is the problem!
