BitCo Consumer Review

The only issue I have is the non loading of Facebook pictures and videos.
Other than that I am very happy with my connection . Ticket number 173631. I know others have noticed the same.

I've got the same problem with Facebook, otherwise things are good.

Dearest BitCo, please fix Facebook.
 
Really bitco? Facebook? Its sad to see how many people say they will be happy when they can finally cancel...
 
Something is very degraded. Streaming is buffering all the time, 9Gag pictures don't load. Just random stuff all over that doesn't work. Maybe some maintenance they need to catch up on after the holidays

Yeah yesterday was a bad day. Especially in the morning and then again in the evening. This morning as usual over the last while Facebook's pictures aren't loading. I hope it can come back to normal today after they get back to work.

By large, there have not been any recent incidents internally which can be attributed to the service experiences which have been logged on this forum. As always, we urge that service queries are raised with us directly on [email protected] to ensure speedy responses via our official communication channel. This is especially helpful in cases where the reported service experience is isolated to a specific link.

With regards to the Facebook discrepancies which have cropped up, we have identified a possible cause for the disruption on our side which is being tested as we speak. As soon as we have concrete feedback we will be sure to post the update.

Thanks @BitCo. Just had some slow speeds and packet loss yesterday but this morning it was fine except for the Facebook thing.

What about the terrible streaming and slow international this past weekend, is that also being looked at?
 
I logged a ticket this morning and when I got home a short while ago the FB and latency issues have been resolved - yay!
 
So here's something weird... listening to Tunein radio tonight... 3 times I have opened FaceBook, and all 3 times streaming has totally stopped till I closed everything and started again .
Have sent through the requested speedtest for Bitco troubleshooting, even though I tried to explain this wasn't just only an issue on my connection. I know they have their own procedure to follow, but seriously? I even stated in the ticket I logged that it's not only me who is experiencing the issue.
 
Facebook is not working again this morning. It was yesterday afternoon though. Maybe it's an after hours thing?
 
Seeing as BitCo no longer serves Consumers or Home are there any other viable alternatives?

This is a true reflection of what BITCO are capable of providing.

This actually occurred and the penny only dropped after the fact.

Started downloading a 45 gig game from xbox live, which i actually forgot about.I then decided to watch some Netflix, ended up watching 2 seasons of Continuum and without me knowing my son starts playing World of Warships, this was all happening simultaneously at the same time in the space of a Saturday afternoon.

The following morning i remembered that i had downloaded a game so i went to check, it was still downloading taking into consideration it was a 45 gig game............then the penny dropped that on Saturday afternoon and into the evening I had utilized the connection to download a game, watch netflix and allowed an online game to function perfectly, without any interruption to the download of the game, nor a single incident of buffering from Netflix and I confirmed with my son he had no lag or interruption while playing the online game.

If I had any doubts about the Bitco service.......they have been buried!
