BitCo Consumer Review

Hi All,

We are aware that Facebook image fault has returned. It would appear previous adjustments which had resolved the error are no longer working. We are troubleshooting with all our relevant resources.

- BitCo

I had no issues last night. Had problems with facebook this morning though. It didn't load, took ages just to resolve the url.

If it wasn't for facebook this morning I would not have known my stepson made Lions U16 HP group. Was announced last night saw it on FB this morning even before he knew :p

Congrats! Fair enough, maybe a little bit of purpose :p

I don't know anymore. Bitco used to be so reactive to your problems... dynamic go-getters.

I logged a call on the 4Feb... about my sluggish line. Still get a standard reply "Awaiting feedback from core technicians". Man, this has been a week and a half now.

I get about 1.3mbps download on my 5mbps line in the mornings: http://netgauge.ookla.com/share/390152202.png

Is Bitco falling apart? Going south?

Really sad to see, had such high hopes for them.

Have not had a single issue, wireless is distributed so there must just be an issue on your link.

I agree, it is possible... but my disappointment is with Bitco support. Does not matter what the issue is.

Interestingly enough I got that speed on a normal download on Thursday night. Haven't tried to download again. BitCo, are you guys throttling torrents and downloading?

I find the torrent trackers are blocked completely, connected to a VPN to confirm even at night.

I'll email BitCo and ask them to comment on this thread. I suggest you guys do the same so that we can get answers.

It's suppose to be open from 7pm as far as I understand , but I find that torrents are even blocked on weekends these days , tried downloading an torrent on Saturday midday ,nothing , all trackers blocked

I emailed them directly after my post this morning but haven't had a reply as of yet. It's been assigned to someone so hopefully sometime today we'll get a representative here to tell us what's happening.

It'll be very disappointing if there's both a fup and a complete ban on torrents.

Well I've been with Bitco for almost 2 years now . This is the history of torrents I experienced and it's also in the thread if you want to read through all 315 pages . It started as completely open 24/7 with the normal FUP applied after about an hour usage . Then torrents got shaped during the day to about 20kb/s and full speed after 7pm . Then finally torrents were completely blocked during the day and open after 7pm . Now it seems it's open whenever they decide it should be .
