BitTorrent use does not equal piracy: ISP

Internet service provider Cox Communications argues that the use of BitTorrent does not equal copyright infringement.

Actually this case has nothing to do about the (il)legality of bittorrent.

See https://torrentfreak.com/images/coxspoil.pdf

The plaintiffs used a company with proprietary technology tool to track abusers called Rightscorp , hired a forensic analyst to verify the processes etc, then deliberately destroyed the code. As such the plaintiffs now rely on the word of Rightscorp, who in turn can't prove how that they actually had a tool that could collect reliable data.

So Wasabee! may be correct, Linux ISOs. Or equally it could be anything else not linked to the plaintiffs.
