Black Set Top Box and Data

I have a Black Set Top Box, bought Black Data and had additional data. When setting up Set Top Box, it used up all my normal data instead of Black Data??? How does this make sense?

Same here bought 1gb data and watched black all my data is gone and is supposed to be zero rated
