Blackberry App World cannot connect

Hi,

I have just aquired for the wife a BB Bold 9700. I have activated the BIS and her email/facebook/gtalk etc is all working 100%. Now I want to install some other Apps and want to go into the App World, but whenever I go in it says: "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again."

Any ideas why? Its the latest one, have uninstalled/reinstalled and still no luck.

Thanks - I have tried that. I have installed it from the help center and from blackberry.com/appcenter both dont work - same as above.

I also had an issue with this... so I went to the Blackberry Appworld fav that was already in the phone, and followed that link, and that seemed to do the trick

Once installed though, I was having problems accessing the actual store. Seems that it was the poor connection in my house, as soon as I go outside (or at the office in town) I have no problems at all

Need cellphone tower right next to my house! :D
