Yeah, did the vitality health check as they came to our offices, and my BP using their wrist based one showed 163/100 or some number like that. High for all three.
Told her then that GP checked two weeks prior and it was perfect 120/83. Didn't get the points
Next day, bioken came to office and did the tests too. Also super high. Got worried.
Tested using a wrist one at home too and got highly erratic readings but some mirroring the numbers from the vitality test.
Last week had a physician appt. My first one. Did the Ekg etc and all good. He picked up something with with one heart valve which does something but said since I was born with it, and never ever experienced the symptoms he described, said it would never affect me. Am 50.
He tested my pressure and 117/83. He said it's perfect and then launched into a tirade about discovery and the underhanded things they do to block people from getting points etc. he hates those wrist based monitors.
He did say, one should be lying down for a few minutes before doing the test. I was on his examination bed.
Anyway will monitor.
