any lower than that, you risk passing out... also possible organ damage (don't ask me how...)

Bio, yes yes yes, thats why I went back to doc this morning.
He said all looks good, probably your body adjusting, you have had such high BP for so long, your body is not used to it.
It only happens in day, until about 4pm then I dont get dizzy / LIGHTHEADED

I think If I had not had this checked I would be dead soon.

Guys CHECK YOUR bp - THIS IS NOT A JOKE
 
If you are on a medical aid, go to Dischem (etc.) and let them check if you are fully covered for the purchase of a blood pressure monitor. It will be your best buy yet!
 
Question guys I am on tareg I saw it says 80mg could that be right ?
Sounds very high the dosage I take one a day surely it cannot be 80mg per pill can it? Not home so can't check now
