Blood Pressure...

That's what I've heard as well. Go to the pharmacy, let the nurse measure it. Compare results.

Hmm interesting.. Will try that what Device is recommended ?

Can I Claim it back from Discovery ?

I don't trust the mercury manometer or the gauge thingy as it will depend on your hearing. I have had both and it showed a normal BP.
Today I bought an electronic one from Germany and it shows a 20 point difference. From 80 to 100 diastolic.
This 100 is the same as what my Dr gets. WTF?
I must really get more vitamin D and magnesium as I just cannot drink the Cayenne pepper. We are in winter here and have no sun so will have to get vitamin D in the form of fatty fish like salmon and sardines.

119/79/82

Haven't measured my BP in 6 months and saw this thead, checked it on Sunday while hung over and it was 140+. That stressed me out a bit thinking the previous six months was wrong even though it looked like the medication worked.

Anyway, seems it's fine and that hangovers increase BP. ;)

My BP dropped from 146/100 to 128/86 since I changed my eating habits. Instead of salt I use herbs and spices. Especially cayenne pepper, garlic and tumeric.
Eat more tomatoes, beetroot and peas.

tbh I find that most meals don't really require it anyway.

Well except stuff like rice and pasta.

I'd be curious to know what side effects you experienced.

I started with Lisinopril and it gave me a dry cough.

I'm now on Losartan (Zartan brand) and it's killed my appetite and makes me go to the loo (#2) more than I used to.

I'm going to try something new in the new year once I've finished my stash.
