I'm trying amtas 5 (amlodipine) it's illegal my nurse friend gave it to me yesterday to try it with my current medication. If it does help she said I must inform my doctor to add it on my medication.

I'll give it a week and see from there if you guys have diet tips lets share.

The reason I asked about the starchy foods is that they make you bloat which affects blood pressure plus they interfere with your body's ability to get rid of excess salt. I think that one of your blood pressure meds is a diuretic which would not be necessary with a non-starchy diet.
 
Okay I will see with this new pill if my readings are still high today it was 147/98 pulse 110 I will go check again Friday.
 
Lately I can feel my veins skipping a beat, sometimes my finger or leg will just shake on its own. What could be the cause?.

Your veins don't beat.
If you blood is flowing, then that's normal. Unless it's flowing out of your body, which again is ebola.
 
Recently started to drink cayanne pepper with lukewarm water and some powder called moringa. That is when I started to experience this blood flowing in my veins just hope my BP is in control.

Just go to your doctor for a checkup.
