Blood Pressure...

You will never believe me I'm so skinny I weigh 64kg, bit tall about 1,83 and I don't smoke I drink once in a blue moon. I'm in late 20s.

I have heard people say when they drunk their BP readings are low. Maybe I should start to drink alcohol more.
Then I don't know bud.
Do you eat a lot of junk food ? High salt intake ?
You sounds like a stressed individual have you looked at maybe something like Xanor or similar ?

Xanor is a calm me the fk down pill. :D
You have to change your diet but if its a family issue then you have to manage your meds too.
What BP meds are you on?

Right now I'm back on pharmapress Co and ridag. I'm going to check it daily will up date you guys.

Yeah got the machine but broken I have to go to the doctor everyday to check it I'm on sick note until Friday.

Back in 2015 when I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, I was using outside medical aid. I went to medi clinic I was given pharmapress Co and cipalat. My high blood was normalized then I decided to move to company medical aid, since it's cheap they said the don't have my pills. So they gave me ridag and sinopren ever since then my BP has been high.

1st get yourself a machine, a good one
2nd change meds, not every medication will work the same for everyone.
I had to try 4 before settling on Taereg 80.
The others made me feel terrible.

Clearly the meds you are on are not working.
Then once under control, you need to look at whats causing your anxiety. Trust me I know.
Anxiety is the worst curse of my life !!!!!!
Well I think for now it is :D

They gave me new medication I went to see my doctor at medi clinic bp was 135/75 pulse 80. We will see how it goes

Went to doc last week cause sick as a dog.

120/80

Pretty chuffed as I am a 40 year old chain smoker that does not regular exercise or eat what others consider healthy (My lunch for work today is a cabanossi stick, 2 hamburger pies and a 150g packet of peanuts and raisins as an example, I will be finishing that off with a 500ml coke).

Oh heartrate is at 80bpm today but that is the freaking medication they put me on. was 65 last week.

And being sick, your BP should be elevated.
This should not be a green light for unhealthy eating though because I can assure you one day, it will be too late to fix.

How many do you smoke a day?
