Blood Pressure...

Funny you should mention this. I've had an Omron which I bought about 5 years ago and used it everyday along with the iPad app. Used to send to to my specialist physician once a month. Had to change my physician who changed my meds. Now it can't register because my Pulse is down at about 35. Seems to work on nurses a Dischem but not me.

Which model do you have?

luuuuuverly - still on BP meds.

Cheaper to be on the meds, than not taking the meds and having serious health issues... which'll cost you much, much more than BP meds...

Forget the cost, having money but still feeling like $#^%@# must be the worst.

You are just treating the simptome, better to find the cause of your HB and fix that. Do you really want to be on meds for the rest of your life?

How do you fix stress? Its not that easy to leave your city and work etc etc.

Stress is not the only cause, you will need to find a doctor who is prepared to find the root cause of your high blood pressure.

You can be passionate about your beliefs but that doesn't mean you have to impose, explain, convert...

114/71 this morning.
Walked to the local wellness center for their blood drive, now that my pressure is under control I can donate again.
130/85 when they tested there.

I read somewhere that Cayenne pepper helps with blood pressure. Is this true? And is it a powder or in pill form?
