Blood Pressure...

URGHHH
So it looks like running is a non medication unnatural way for me to drop BP.
After very low BP on Saturday after the 5km Park run/walk of mine, BP stayed low Sunday, Monday afternoon started creeping up so took meds around 5:00pm when it was around 140/86 and then today just came back from a 4km run/walk and other stuff at the gym, BP 107/70 afterwards and currently around 118/80 - normal BP so too low for meds, will check before bed time.

Zartan 100 wasn't working for me anymore, was stuck at 140/90.

Doc switched me to Exforge 5/160 (amlodipine and valsartan) which is double the price.

Anyone else on Exforge?

I am looking at changing from Tareg, getting terrible brain fog and can only think its this medication

I do hope the new meds doesn't have side effects like Zartan had, took six months for my body to normalise (runny tummy).

Starting in the morning. Will start checking my BP a week later.
