BMW Fraud?

I’m sure the insurance is suing/settling with MB in the background.

It happened to a friend with BMW SA, his car had defective rims which were cracking and were replaced for free by BMW all over the world but BMW SA didn’t want to hear of it. His insurance paid the replacement but then the insurance sued BMW and won.

In this instance the damaged car was auctioned off.
For all we know there might be litigation in progress.

What has this got to do with an engine shutting down due to water?

Just saying how it works most of the time when the car manufacturer refuses to accept a valid warranty claim.
 
You need to provide more substance than this.

You want me to upload the personal documents of my friend on a public forum? People at BMW SA and the insurance company would identify him and me in 10 seconds.

I actually drafted the letters to the insurance company and BMW SA for him...

Sorry but no, I couldn’t care less if you don’t believe me, privacy is a paramount right.
