BMW Fraud?

Glad Google know who BMW Sovereign in Bloemfontein is, and that they should be known for FRAUD.

I'm reading a lot of posts here and I'm really scared by what I find out about the BMW Sout Africa motor plan.

Indeed I bought a new car BMW Tourer A / C year 2016, and I find that according to BMW drive your car in an intense rain, strong and dense is synonymous with driving in a river. Because BMW Sandton accuses me of deliberately drowning my engine in the water. Consequence no coverage of the motor plan. Less than 10,000 km on the meter, less than a year the car. BMW recommends a new engine. Cost of a car ?!

Am I responsible for the quality of the road? in midrand? am responsible for meteorology? BMW Tourer should not ride in the rain anymore? Any questions I ask myself because I have the impression that I am being scammed by BMW?

an automobile expert gave me his report of the vehicle I think this announces a trial before the competent jurisdictions; with all the advertising we will do with this problem.
 
Escalate to BMW SA and the headquarter.

The engine shouldn’t have drowned in normal rain, the car is made for it. There is most likely something faulty on this engine.

There's a youtuber in the US who's new AMG C63s Coupe's engine hydrolocked after driving through water on the highway

Mercedes-Benz refused to honour the warranty , he was forced to claim through his insurance company who replaced the car

His car had about 3500 miles on the clock.

I’m sure the insurance is suing/settling with MB in the background.

It happened to a friend with BMW SA, his car had defective rims which were cracking and were replaced for free by BMW all over the world but BMW SA didn’t want to hear of it. His insurance paid the replacement but then the insurance sued BMW and won.

In this instance the damaged car was auctioned off.
For all we know there might be litigation in progress.

I very much doubt anyone with your command of language could afford such.
