You can do a Castle Free as well. That’s got no alcohol but still tastes like beer (or like Castle at least).

Oh.....there's always that one person...... the ones that always need to taste the raw boerewors, before braaing or cooking it. Always have this nick and roll of pushing out some of the mince and flipping it in the mouth. Then there's always the comment of "not enough coriander" or "I like the coriander taste". Like it's cool or something

Usually the same people who braai their chicken, without cooking it first.

Sorry what? What are you on about? You cook the chicken when you braai it.

Other options are things like Bavaria which aren’t bad though a little sweet depending on your preferences.

Caramelised onions are easy to make. Just slice up onions and pan fry with a sprinkle of olive oil. Once a little soft and brown add a spoon of sugar or bit more depend on how sweet. And sprinkle on some balsamic vinegar. Real easy.

Tomato and Onion is also popular.

So are browned mushrooms sliced and cooked in real butter.

Also try a sweet mustard. If you cant find, get some steers mustard and condensed milk. Mix it half and half in a small bowl. Thats really delicious.

Finally you can buy sauerkraut in jars at pick n pay (the tin one is good too). But for that you get Bockwurst at Woolies or some other stores and add sauerkraut and sweet mustard. And have it while drinking a beer. Good combo too.

Whatever you do, dont buy cheap viennas. It ruins most hot dogs. Some taste like flour.
