Bold 9000 on MTN

Hey guys,

Just got the bold 9000 yesterday, seems like a great phone.
I have asked them to switch the BES on, how long does this typically take?
Also there does not seem to be a gps and/or maps application? I would have thought that the phone would come pre-installed with Blackberry maps or something?

BES or BIS?

When BIS gets activated you receive service books that includes the maps and other programs that won't show now on you BB.
