If they are doing the groundwork in order to start doing something, then I can see how they might want to reward people for making deadlines, etc. However, if it is upper management, giving themselves a slap on the shoulder, then they won't last long.

Surely the money is coming from the exhorbitant prices Telkom is charging the general consumer.
Not only could it be to lock employees in, but it looks good having staff retention on the books if they're trying to sell it.
Anyone heard anything about bidders for this supposed new cash cow?
