Boxy's RAT on VAT - Drat!

You go to a plot, bump the owner off. Use the house to make several and call the squater camp what you like. You don't worry about building restrictions and build them right up to the pavement. Before you know it, it's a village. Tomorrow it's a township and we'll be screamong service delivery for Monaco!

Do i have to explain myself twice? There are none so blind as those who will not see!

We only buy the following stuff tax free here, because it's all we can afford, but it's all full of GMO. AIDS on a plate!

That's about as far as you can count and your simple arithmetic goes i gather!?!?

Dudes and Dudettes, mine was a little excercise that took an hour. People seem to think SARS is wonderful. The Government, (and especially this one) make very few initiatives that change our lives for the better through their own innitiatives. The people build the systems and write the programs and then they educate their target market and sell their technology to them. Show me the tender for the Import Verification System software? Show me a tender for any of SARS systems software or that of SARB?

http://www.savino.co.za/news

Ghhhrrrhhhrr....Swish...Thwak!

Now wipe that green gilly off your glasses.

The people express their hardships through mass demonstrations, or by complaining to their councilors. The latter being the civilised way of doing things, the former being the goaded way of doing things. Here people are going off about 19 basic food stuffs and condemning me for alledgedly making a few wrong suppositions in that regard, while admitting to not even have read the excersize. i only started out with a few items merely to find the average food expenditure of a household on my own volition and using only one given, i.e. the rounded off size of the population as given by StatsSA. Of course i took a few digs in the process. My next itteration was to try and prove that R54 a day was not really enough to feed a family of 4. However, there was a problem with that to start, in that the BBC implies that there are 9 million homes and 2 million shacks and if i fit an average of only 4 into each of those, then i'm sitting with 7 million people without any shelter, but 7 million people is nothing by comparison to the ratio that the Georgia Guidstones abdicate.

After that i tried to find a livable mean between a pre conceived health diet introduced by Ms Health Nut and one bordering on luxury with bottles of tomato sauce and cooking with organic Extra Virgin Olive oil. Dangit man, (or woman) all you're trying to contest me with here, is with what comprises just 12.8 percent of household expenditure for the entire nation according to StatsSA and then you've even got your so called condemning "facts" half wrong. Not that two half wrongs make a right, but it's no wonder murderers and rapists walk free so that for every one of the most heinous crimes known to modern man, only 10% get convicted, but they too walk free after serving just 1/6th of their sentence.

WHITE BREAD ATTRACTS VAT, like butter to a fly. Brown bread is one of the few things that still takes the old norm of doubling in price only every 10 years. Maize Meal does the double in price take trick in less than 3½ years. Even with GMO.

In my time i've worked on many and have been around many a construction site and must have seen hundreds of workers go off at lunch time, (thousands of times) and come back with a loaf, or a half a loaf of WHITE BREAD. The guys that came back with brown bread i can count on my fingers. Don't know why? Maybe it's the old song...

Eye-diddle-ee-eye-dye
Eat brown bread
I saw a sausage fall down dead
Up come a savaloy and hit him on the head
Eye-diddle-ee-eye-dye
Eat brown bread

.... most won't say thank you for a can of pilchards either,.but the racks in the shops are always full of them. Most would rather have a pack of chicken livers, or offal and ask you to please bring some more paraffin for the primus on Monday. Myself, i love pickled fish with a fresh crust of white bread and thick butter, but one can hardly find it anymore and when i do and i look at the price of a tin of pickled fish, i almost flip my lid and take a can of sardines and go with toast on yesterdays bread, instead.

Whatever, your feeble arguments are, the other 87.2% of household expenditure was hardly brought into contension, (well not directly anyway). i brought in some of it in with the import figure and a bit more with the stuff that should build a decent roof over ones head, (if it's used as per specification)....

http://www.google.co.za/#hl=en&tbo=...1e39aa363f7cfe&bpcl=39314241&biw=1024&bih=616

.....BUT, (and that;s a big butt) i didn't mention a hell of a lot of what goes into the rest of household expenditure, and particulary goods that are locally produced. So, if that's all your argument and standoff is worth my blind puppies, it's next to nothing in the broader scheme of things and for which people don't believe i have the capacity to estimate the total VAT base. Nope, you]re right and i'll admit it, i don't have it an hour, but give me a decent incentive like 3.4bil and and the authority to collect the data and i'll find and calculate what every lost sheep's a$$ in the Country is worth to the Illuminati and have it in 6 months complete with pastel shaded graphs and with a helluva of a ot less staff and additional cost to the Country of financing a whole department at R1.1bil per annum on the gravy train, with subsidised housing bonds (4%) and medical aid (50%)...and pesion funds (50%) and that's just Stats SA. Tell you what, i'll even give you a 50% reduction on the 3.4bil, (including VAT) complete with systems and donate them to the University of your choice afterwards.

Manual: I need 3.4 billion!

Zuma: Why, we've done this twice already?

Manual: Well you know Imbeki's open border policy and remember how the previous dispensation taught us that there's a farm in Paraguay, a home in Geneva and a flat in Monte Carlo and just as you do, i also need some extensions at home and a new plough, so i need to punch in some overtime. The contruction industry is moaning because they still have to work on estimations based on 2005's figures which is like almost 7 fat years ago now and i think the 7 lean ones start next year and you also know how much we've all been shooting the Blue Label and 3 over par and bef#@$ing everyone in the eye while cheating on the scorecard, in the meantime...

Zuma: Okay, okay, don't go there, just organize me a seductress and a shower and it's yours! Now where's my iPod

i zicka zimba zimba zimba....

man you have some psycho issues. i'm not a little ole lady with purple undies that sucks on peppermints. from what i'm seeing you need to see someone and quick. at least i'm safe from you living on zogg here i won't ever bump into you.

VAT attracts Celine like purple panties to a fly...

...and by that i mean zip, or button up, not bizzz.

Not sure why she suffers from masochism and lives in a land of dillusion submitting herself to torture and reading my posts though

Purple panties,.. Zogg...... lol

The moving Finger writes ~ Omar Khayyám....

...nor all my piety and wit shall explain this one i suppose...

i'm sorry for the misplaced "e" in updos Celine, that really was a mistake, (clumsy fingers) but i wasn't talking about you per se and in haste it came out all wrong. It's just how i view someone like, "John the hairdresser's accounting officer", or someone who works in that fraternity, or someone who gets really mean toward me for no apparent reason. Perhaps that's where the "spit" originates from and i just added, "in the eye" because things aren't always what they seem and should we just automatically believe everything we read?

It's not my job, but who will guard the gaurdians and are we not allowed to question authority?? After all.. and with a great big blob of sarcasm, does ANY Govenrment have an impeccable record?

Purple panties could be quite sexy cum to think of it and i hope this starts a fad. Perhaps there can even be a purple panties day?

Big brother would have it that they know exactly what colour you're wearing today and how many times you have a [email protected] want to know if you use 2 ply double soft and if you leave skid marks, or your piles bleed This would give them a figure to help inflate the cost of paper, detergents, health and sewerage and plumbing and of course purple panties.

Anyways, peace be with you on Zogg. I see it's a place for adult fantacy, do they snu snu there?

Now i was hoping to find more input, not a bunch of blind puppies all climbing over themselves trying to suckle the same dry t!t. The only one who made any sort of contribution was AlmightyBender.

Oh yes and thanks to the hint in Celine's e-mail address i found another 9 billion to take a VAT figure from plus telco's little contribution, but it seems this was based on 2003's figures. Anyone for the total VAT on ISP accounts?

If they say R Million are we supposed to add the 6 trailing zero's for ourselves here...

Will someone remove this troll from my thread please!

"and whoever says, 'You fool,' shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell" ~ Matthew 5:22

Just who is the victim here? This is my thread now step aside, because i rule the roost here! Who are you to come brooding here anyway. Don't like my thread, you're free to leave. It boggles the mind to see how this person can change colours in black and white into words to suit herself and how sides are choosen, even when someone is being vehemently attacked!

It went from PURPLE RINSE

http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...ered-for-VAT?p=8993845&viewfull=1#post8993845

to PURPLE UPDO'S (i tried to play along with that and have given an honest explaination and made my appologies)
http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...ered-for-VAT?p=8994883&viewfull=1#post8994883

but now it's become PURPLE UNDIES.

In the days when women performed the same type of magic, they were burned at the stake.

i thought it was because of my typing error, but it's because of a clever vindictive spell. It's pure evil! It's like being in seperate adjoining rooms in the same house with someone and all of a sudden they scream "Rape!" and when everyone runs to see what the raucus is all about she points a finger at you and you've not so much as gone near them, or even batted an eyelid, let alone had a shower.

Then, she sits there like a hawk watching over the next batch of chicks and pecking at anything that comes within pecking range.

In case no-one noticed, i made a post in a thread that i started here and that even bears my name. It was made in my defense. Then the post was removed. This was not the first attack i've had to suffer from this person. Then i remained almost silent, but how long am i supposed to endure this? The spirit is willing, but the flesh is spudgey and bruised....

i thought the retort i posted was quite appropriate, because this person is acting like she has the authority to throw someone out of their own thread, or when she is in anyone elses thread and hi-jacks it for her own purposes, she acts like she owns the joint. Now it seems she does indeed have the power to evict me from this thread, but if that is the case then it's just like the Government to instill that sort of attitude, even when combined with an insult like a bulldozer and for which i feel the action can only snugly fit the old cliche', "Only in South Africa!".

Here i was thinking, (from what i've read thus far on MBB) that i may even be brushing off a bunch of old stupid and did so quite humourously and can't see how that could have offend anyone held in the light of the attack on me and where my priorities lie.

This person cannot debate, let alone hold a view, or an opinion of her own. She considders herself an authority on the subject of tax, but it's obvious i'm bringing up things she's has no clue of, or about. i've employed people with far better accumen in their little left pinky than what she carries in her entire portfolio.

The person above has not posted a single word either for, or against this topic, that has not been aimed to ridicule me. Having herself been a past employee of SARS, she cannot stand to be shown up, or deal with any criticism against her view, or anything to do with tax and SARS, or the corruption and collusion of Government and Business against it citizens. It's evident that she holds a personal vendetta against me. They say if you can't stand the heat then you must get out of the kitchen. This thread says i'm the chef. i have no problem with personal attacks in my thread and can defend myself and will apologise when necessary, or when and if i am proved wrong. If i am asked to leave any thread by an op, i will do so and without any argument, but i will not be chased out of my own thread, by the likes of someone so manipulatively uncouth. For that you must either delete this thread, or you must ban me.

From now on i will pretend that this person does not exist, but will take anything she posts as an opportunity to contribute further adding damning information and evidence in support of my claims with tripple the force of her every word, even if it takes searching to the ends of cyberspace, or to the ends of the earth to do so. Usually i give people a chance to have their say and only respond when i feel the update has been read, except when i'm attacked, or it's obvious they are trolling. For example China, China, China. FNB, FNB, FNB. PreyPal, PreyPal, PreyPal and other ripoff artists, looking for a bonus, while punting popsicles.

So much for the colours of black and white.

As for the colour purple it has always been associated with ..."royalty and nobility (stemming from classical antiquity when Tyrian purple was only affordable to the ELITES.

The word 'purple' comes from the Old English word purpul which is derived from the Latin purpura, in turn from the Greek πορφύρα (porphura) name of the Tyrian purple dye manufactured in classical antiquity from a mucus secreted by the spiny dye-murex snail The spiny dye-murex snail is a bottom feeder of the Mediteranian and was recovered by divers and lowly working class.fishermen to make the dye.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purple

If purple has become anything else besides stupid smilies meaning stupid things and which suddenly appear from nowhere and when one doesn't remember being in advanced mode in your post, what does that mean, because if purple means vexed, i am quite purplexed? Might as well talk about that, until i'm blue in the face, i suppose. Unfortunately it looks like more than one person here has an IQ lower than their belly button. Looks like the boss is on holiday.

So much for colours.

i'm always being told to take my meds here. Probably by quacks who are just after my money and because people can't face the truth, or have no argument, or can't offer any alternatives, or solutions, or even a decent debate without getting personal. Get personal with me and i will literally tear you to shreds. No mercy!

My strength is music and there's stuff such as links and youtubes and lyrics which i often use as pastel shaded graphs. It may be something i've even disliked, or that simply stired up emotions in me, or reminded me of how people can be robbed and raped, just through their ears and eyes. The airwaves belong to the people, yet people have been and are being continuosly robbed and raped and baited through the airwaves and now it's done through even more mediums and involving more senses, such as TV and cyberspace and 4D movie theatres and the like. Still, the pen is sharper than the sword and there we at least have a much wider choice, than to simply switch off. Unfortunately it's not always easy to switch off either, because music is played in restuarants and shopping malls and almost anywhere i go. The Internet was making the score somewhat even, but again this is being manipulated and controlled now. Music is very powerful and that's why it's always the first thing called upon to raise money in practically any situation. Here i will agree that things are largely based on market sentiment, but i will not agree with sentiment that is based on mind control and instilling fear. Take it away my brothers:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NC9kJbnoPtI

For practically everything i think off, i can find a suitable song to enhance the situation and sometimes i even know the guys in the bands personally. i use them as my pastel shaded graphs. Even if it's a song, or artist i've never liked, or cared for, in my entire life, such as Sinatra, (where the Mafia paid the audiences to scream for him) but i know all the words. Why? Payola played brainwashing, that's why. However! Whatever! If you've watched a lot of Popeye in your life as i did, then it's "blow me down" and if you've listened to a lot of this guy, it's "knock me down". It's a case of some say potato, but i've always loved a good deal of his music:

http://video.search.yahoo.com/video...Dury+Clever+Trevor&type=937811&sigb=12ccsava2

The CD industry is worth 1.1bil, but it's not the entire music industry. But where's the split? How does anyone draw the line and when they do, what can be done with, or about it? How about it being a decent measure to start paying Royalties for a start, so that people can eat? Muso's don't toyi-toyi, but when are they given increases? How can anyone judge the market when there are no figures. How many radio stations are there and what keeps them in business?

Blow me down with a feather......

Anyone have a frozen chicken in the fridge please? i only have chicken livers and i need to do a few sums. Just the price per Kg will do.so i can find the 70/30 split. i'm a beef and boerie guy and chickens will eat themselves if they're hungry. You just boil the dead ones a bit. Yip been there done that, i think i was 11 years old at the time. i wish there were still those surveys one used to see in the papers. Was it Gwen Gill, or someone like that, who used to do a column to reflect how much you had been diddled every 5, or 10 years on the price of the same basket. i guess inflation got too embarassing. Also, does anyone know where one can find the benchmarks for a food basket if you want to keep track of the things they omit. Everytime i get my a$$ anywhere near one of these benches the bloody thing moves 5, or 10 feet and i land up floored.

The sum will have to be done by taking the mean, i hope y'all find it acceptable. In 2009. the broiler industry was worth R36bil (VAT 5bil). However there exists a discrepency and argument involving 1bil here. i mean, R1000 million descrepency just in chicken! That's the entire CD market. How does that slip through the fingers, or rather, the buffalo wings? Why do they call them buffalo wings and isn't that getting just a little too optimistic? i mean, like what was the guy on, when he saw these buffalos with wings? Klippies and Coke? So what's next? Elephant thighs? These things are on your plate and in your nuggets, long before they're even much more than 5 weeks old. Lots are injected with horemones, but what meat isn't today?

"Our research found that consumers were being over-charged by up to 20% because they were paying for the added water, rather than for chicken."

https://www.ifama.org/events/conferences/2011/cmsdocs/2011SymposiumDocs/476_Case Study.pdf

...but don't worry folks they're sticking up the price of water, just to make sure you don't get diddled too much

The figures that Corporations and Government play around with, are absolutely mind-bogglingly "astral-nomical". So in my quest to try and find out where the money went in the Telkom debacle and what becomes of it after the fines are paid, i came upon this story So that's where this began.

http://www.compcom.co.za/

Complete with chicken livers, frozen giblets and "walkie talkie" only 3% of the turnover for the year 2003 of Astral's Country Fair poultry products was R16 732 894.47 Let's not forget the 47 cents. This means that for just one chicken enterprise in just one Province in 2003, their annual turnover for their alledged hormone free, but brine injected (water) 5 day antibotic free poultry was R 557 762 149. Now this is the turnover back at the farm and 9 years ago already. One can only ponder what was to become of that figure by the time it reached Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Nando's, Kentucky etc. and after they had all sat around the table to discuss their "specials" for this week and squeezed the farmers nut's 'till they looked like blueberries.

The article also means that it takes upto 9 years for any colluding to reach a head, but who knows where the money goes?

http://careers.compcom.co.za/cw/en/#/job/492229/senior-investigator-cartels-division

Hehehehe the 196-00 looks like quite a large mistake on the tail there. People could get killed in the rush.

Here's the Heavy industrial background music. The song is titled, All The Blond Chicks.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-O0ucVNdVY

Is that what they call free range? Wonder when it's feeding time? This place is starving them. Yip, they'll be shove a housepipe up their a$$ in no time.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fhxiAHeYs8

It's a bot that needs a smack abzo. Maybe an arm ripped off and hit with the wet end.

Since no input has been forthcoming, for this week i'd like to start off with this:

http://www.iol.co.za/business/business-news/food-prices-soar-above-inflation-rate-1.1342144

The domestic per capita annual consumption of poultry meat in South Africa for 2009 was 32kg compared to 15.77 kg for beef, 4.17 kg for pork and 3.21 kg for mutton and goat meat combined. i'm damned sure a hell of a lot of biltong is made from ostrich, game meat, donkeys and mules. i wouldn't be surprised if half the carcass of this majestic beast is in the fridge at Carnivore, while the other half has been consumed already by Nikon toting tourists from the East. It's quite possible that a hippo sized scam went down if the Alex Richter mentioned is the same one i know from a German Company we may have both worked at together in the mid 80's.

http://www.looklocal.co.za/lookloca...n=Detail&pid=489864&Hippo-killed-for-straying

Things omitted from the food basket are facts like South Africans consume more than 3600 tons of Rooibos tea annually. That figure appears to be nearly 10 years old already. It was said to be becoming the third worlds most drunk beverage next to water and tea. Apparently we don't use sugar either. No-one seems to eat cheese, jam, syrup, Marmite or Bovril. or fish paste. No-one can afford breakfast cereals anymore either. The increase in the price of poultry which makes for around 30% more consumtion than all the other meat sources combined, doesn't seem to be cause for concern, or have an effect on the food basket. The only VAT free meat/fish is tinned pilchards, but one can only find the price increases for tuna. If there is a rise in profit and where share earnings can increase by 37% for one canned pilchard supplier, then what might the price increases for pilchards have been? The share investors here should take note. Ffs consumer "experts" should get a f#@$en grip too!

http://www.cbn.co.za/dailynews/6571.html

Then we're given all sorts of factors, but not a single one that can reflect the consumption of South Africans when it comes to juice and dairy products. We're told that the average German drinks 40 litres of fruit juice per year and that the world consumed 12 billion litres in 2007 and that one SA Company, Danone, has experienced an 11.9% growth. Other than that it seems that a big percentage of fruit juice in South Africa was knighted by the queen and should now be called Sir. How far king interesting, but is this really a report on consumerism in South Africa?

http://www.foodreview.co.za/beverage-review/509-fruit-juice-and-dairy-drinks-report-2011

Annual per capita consumption of Coca-Cola in South Africa is nearly 260 servings of 8 ounces (about 230 millilitre per serving, or 6 litres per person when you add it all up). At an average price of only R7.00 per serving this adds around 13bil or 6,8% to the VAT bill given at the beginning of this thread, all by itself. At least Coke is one Company that put's back a lot of what it takes. If it were a political party i would vote for Coke for Government any day. It's much better than the real thing. They should privatise Government and put it out to tender. Our refuse removal is already privatised, what about the rest of the rubish?

http://www.southafricamag.com/content/real-thing-inside-coca-cola

A tin of Ricoffy was R51 just over two and a half months ago. Today the price is almost R65. That's about a 27% increase in just 1 quarter of the year. Of course Coke is not the only sparkling beverage there is, but 6 litres of Coke annually is about the same as the South African beer consumption figure which could easily produce the same factor as Coke on the VAT bill. World Beer consumtion is only surpassed by water and tea and where South Africa ranks 23rd in the world of beer drinkers with a population which is only the 26th biggest. Of course from the crime stats, we rank way up there amongst the hell raisers. They might be able to pull the wool over your eyes my skaapies and blind puppies, but the lying sods can't fool me, or myself either.

Once Coke, or SAB (3rd biggest brewery in the world) wins the tender, the new National Anthem should be....
