What did you have on? Also, remember the fire should not be too hot. Thats why you do them last. The cheese should get a chance to melt before the bread is completely toasted.

Tomato, onion and cheddar. Used salt, pepper and garlic/herb spice. I didn't have Mrs Ball's Chutney so I used sweet chilli sauce. Yep, I think the fire was too hot.

Ok cool. You started strong and then went a bit nuts. Next week try only the basic one first, so you can set the bar properly.

Stop after pepper. The garlic/herb spice was obviously what made it taste like pizza. And like ponder said. Add lots of cheese.

Needs more cheese, a lot more cheese. The little cheese you do have on there is not even melted.

Hmmm i suppose I could try more cheese. That said it did melt but it was grated beforehand which is why it looks like it hasn't melted in places....
 
Here's my style that I'm used to;

Butter both slices on the inside
Put cheese on. Add tomato.
Pepper it lightly with a tiny bit of ground pepper and salt. Sprinkle some basil (don't overdo it)
Add onions.
Add more cheese.
Put the lid slice on top.

When on the grid turn it often so that the cheese have a chance to melt without burning the bread on the outside
