Braaibroodjies

I tried: 1. Classic but with fresh coriander leaves and mild peppadews added. 2. Onion, smoked mozzarella, gouda, biltong carvings and smoked paprika. 3. Smoked mozzarella, gouda, onions, bacon (done earlier on fire)
 
Laat braai meraai.
Note the buttered one going more golden. Cant really taste the difference. (Using Stork marge, not butter)
Good example why i dont like putting them in a net contraption. Notice the really white ones on the edge compared to the dark ones in the middle.
 
Die classic bly maar die lekkerste. Bacon was ok. Coriander was interesant. Biltong was nie sterk genoeg nie. Kon skaars dit proe. Caramelised uie was flop. Was worth n try.

Ek stem saam. Braai is 'n stokperdjie so moenie lui wees nie en gee elke een die persoonlike aandag wat hulle verdien, ek draai en swaai hulle tot almal se kleur perfek is.

Was maar net die vuur wat te klein was. Was te lui om nuwe hout te gaan koop. Kole gekonsentreer op een kant. Eventually alles mooi egalig gebraai nadat ek die rooster oopgemaak het vir die home stretch en broodjies geruil het.

Om die oop te maak vir die home stretch is mos defeating the purpose. Los daai twak. Dis soos training wheels. Wees nou mooi groot soos die res van ons LOL

En moet net asseblief nooit wors in daai training wheels sit nie.

Bacon cooked on the Braai with cheese, onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander. Later I tried a similar combo but with cooked onions and a thin layer of Mrs balls on the bread which tasted awesome! Will do the latter again without a doubt.

Discussed with some friends tonight. Most of them assured with the thin layer of chutney.

After dinner swapped to red wine. Got up now to take something for my headache.
 
I'll try again next week :o Zenbaas put my char grilled sandwiches to shame. It did taste like a crispy pizza though.

What did you have on? Also, remember the fire should not be too hot. Thats why you do them last. The cheese should get a chance to melt before the bread is completely toasted.
