Gama tells court that he has 11 children.
No guessing why uBaba loved him.Yoh!
Eric Wood is a good catch to keep behind barsNot yet, it's Gama, and two of his executives as well as the Trillian and Regiments guys.
He still has political clout it seems so isn't in this batch.Hopefully Brian molefe is part of the arrested group.
I think it has more to do with evidence than political clout, we already had Bongani Bongo who walked away as well as the North West finance MEC and Lekalakala on that Gupta mobile Clinic thing, and I am honestly not very confident in what the NPA has on Magashule because their case look very shaky with a seemingly unwilling witness sitting in America. He still has political clout it seems so isn't in this batch.
How many mothers?Yoh!
100% Zulu boy that one so a baby mama in every township from Umlazi to Emadadeni plus a Joburg wife and a rural wife in some village. How many mothers?
The RET are trying to clean up his image by saying he was right about Glencore. As if that absolves him of his complicity in state capture corruption. He still has political clout it seems so isn't in this batch.
Tbh it's probably both elements.I think it has more to do with evidence than political clout, we already had Bongani Bongo who walked away as well as the North West finance MEC and Lekalakala on that Gupta mobile Clinic thing, and I am honestly not very confident in what the NPA has on Magashule because their case look very shaky with a seemingly unwilling witness sitting in America.
As much as we want to see arrests weak cases built on unreliable witnesses does not help anyone, all it does is to strengthen the political persecution narrative the Zuptoids are preaching about to the masses. The damage being done by failing prosecutions is way more disastrous than seeing Molefe roaming free for a while.
They have lawyers on retainers. They were probably anticipating it thus, were ready. What gets me is they're already out on R250k bail. Normally those arrested on a Friday remain in chookie till their Monday court appearance. Seems like they're still protected.
I wonder if it's a different case. They served together at both Eskom and are the OG state capturers at transnet.
I have heard that Cyril the dictator is shortly going to change law to put people into jail as soon as they are charged. Watch this space. Are they getting a cup of frisco and a rusk, or will they do jail time?
Putting them in is easy. Getting them to stay is another thing.I have heard that Cyril the dictator is shortly going to change law to put people into jail as soon as they are charged. Watch this space.
