Hi, I have my internet via Axxess and fibre is connected to Openserve. I logged a call with axxess which gave me a reference number and sent me a fault reference, when I called back a few hours later no one could find the fault and another one was created!
Any way the issue is that I now need to find a way to confirm my fault is logged, anyone able to guide me how to do this.
And does anyone know how to repair snapped fibre? I added an image.

I suggest you download the Axxess app to your phone and / or login to your Axxess profile via a web browser.

You should then be able to find your Tickets, and see what was created by them during your call.

If you don't receive any response, simply reply to that ticket asking them for feedback.

Or create a new ticket if dissatisfied with their original wording.

Tickets on Axxess usually close within approximately 72 hours of inactivity, but can easily be re-opened by responding to them.

Also, in your profile settings ensure you can get (ticket) feedback sent by email, so you don't need to continually be checking the tickets by logging in, though the app should keep you permanently logged in, and a, Browser like Brave will do the same, for at least a few weeks (has been my experience).

Whether they bother doing anything constructive re your situation remains to be seen (ie. logging the fault) but at least you shouldn't need to keep phoning in to find out more.

If your fibre line is snapped, Openserve will have to come and fix it because it is a very specialized job requiring a fusion splicer and the like.
