Through a very unfortunate accident, someone bent the fibre connection between out fibre box, and the Zhone CPE.
Logged this with CoolIdeas, who bounce it up to Vumatel.
This has been going on for days now.
Vumatel keep saying, they are sending a tech to the exchange (?) and will investigate.
I keep telling them, no need to investigate, the issue is inside my house.

going on far too long?
Since it is the short yellow fibre inside the house (not the long black one from the pole), can I just go to Matrix and buy a new one?
Is that possible?
Or is splicing etc required?
I cant help but think Vumatel are making a massive thing out of something so tiny
