Buffalo couriers

Hi, guys what happens if i ordered online on shein then i paid for the delivery to the Buffalo logistics account using capitec app but i did not include the the reference code provided for the order

Howzit yall. Recently I bought a piece of audio equipment from an overseas seller and it arrived in SA using Buffalo. Yesterday morning I was told my package would arrive within 48 hours and that it has been dispatched.
However when I tracked the package a few minutes ago I am faced with a tab that says "Return! reason:Misoperation." as shown here. Anyone have any idea what this means or when is that package getting into my hands????? I cannot seem to find answers anywhere else.

Based on my experience: Either they put the parcel on the wrong delivery van, or the driver ran out of time to do the delivery. In both cases, the parcel was returned to the depot, to be delivered on the next run

Has anyone ordered from Wish recently using Sapo?

I need to order some stuff from China but the Sapo shambles might trip up what was pretty quick Wish shipping via Sapo.
 
I really hate what Buffalo is doing the tracking says my parcel was sent back to the warehouse, I got the email saying i was not home but I've been home because I was expecting my parcel to be delivered now trying says again they trying to deliver and it goes back again to their warehouse it frustrates me and i can't get hold of them they not even replying on my WhatsApp text and emails. I just want to know their location in Cape town so that I can fetch my parcel it's clear they can't do their job. Worse part kids are going to E for holidays they need those clothes.

Buffalo is legit(20+ deliveries in the past few years), vat and duty is charged separately in the country you receive the item and not where you order it.
They should have an option to pay by credit card.
But they keep people parcel for long there
 
Hey all.

I ordered something which is being imported from China and they're using Buffalo couriers or logistics or something. Just recieved an email supposedly from Buffalo customer services asking for my importers code (no idea what that is) or my personal ID which I have to enter on a badly translated, dodgy looking website. Apparently this is for customs clearance but I've never had to do anything like this. Copied this from the website that looks like it was designed in wordpad or something:



I don't trust this and don't wanna give anyone my ID. Anyone else ever used Buffalo? Is this actually legit? If I don't give my ID then what happens to my parcel?

I've imported from China before but never had to give any personal info or anything.
Hi there. Please tell me you’re still around. I just got hit with the same issue as you, how long did the process take after submitting the documents?
 
Your ID number is required because of SARS
Buffalo will enter your ID number into the system for this parcel
Remember youre only allowed to order 3 times a year
Up to R20k in total

After that you are required to get an importers code

It's all legit, dont worry :thumbsup:
 
Buffalo will pay on your behalf to customs to release the parcel
You then now need to pay Buffalo back

Perfectly legit and all my parcels were released in due course. Some parcels were even pre-cleared.
The email looks like this, and the page you land on is quite dodge, but is 100% legit.
