Bulls rock Thread

I did not see the game :(

Heard the bulls were a bit disappointing and looked asleep at times....

Well done to the lions :)
Ja they really didn't play good rugby. They lost something like 9 linouts and went only one way in the scrums - and that was backwards.

Yes, the Lions played good rugby but the Bulls didn't!

Hopefully they will regroup this week and outplay the WP this Saturday!

:) I hope so!

well I must say this years CC is there for the taking of any team imo. (Well the big 5, as griekwas decided to play like their old selves again :()

Oh my word, I watched the game, but just left after about 50 minutes. It was horrible. I wanted to smack Ludeke in the mouth afterwards. If the couch proudly proclaimed before the match that "we will use the true and tried method of kicking, to win field and then attack", you would want the kicker to be able to #$%^#$%@#$% kick the ball, kick it into touch when needed, and to kick in play on other times!!!!

But oh no, luckily the rag doll francis played, defence is a foreign concept to him, almost lacking as much as his kicking ability.

We were very successful at the break downs, and stegman excelled at getting the ball, but it stopped there, never got to the backline, and when it did, instead of running wide all the time, you get the one little brainiac, running to the middle, and into this wall of defenders.

Oh the linie-outs, once the pride of the bulls, were total shambled, they were actually penalised for wasting time in the line outs, don't know who the guy was, that tried to scream out the numbers, trying to direct the lineout, but he looked like a deer caught in the headlights most of the time, completely out of his depth.

EDIT: Sorry for all the spelling and grammatical errors, I am still too peeved off at them to care

People like wannenberg, potgieter, stegman and kirchner had to try in vein to keep it all together, but they played against the other 11 bulls players.

And the last person on my ***** list.....the grounds keeper of coca cola park, the man should be either shot or fired ( I prefer the first), that field was soaking wet, people slipping all over the place, and don't tell me the little rain shower of the week caused that!!

Are Bulls in for another hiding in CT this weekend?

You know, I want to say, nope they are gonna kick @ss, but after this weekend, I have a 100% feeling we are going to get slaughtered

Was a good game. We did better than i thought. Now for the Sharks hope we pull off a miracle

Yeah we were still looking a tad sleepy on our feet but as long as we don't go from bad to worse im happy.

Grats to the WP for the win.

If the Bulls trump the sharks this weekend the playing field will then be very level :)

At least Pretorius looks like he is fanally shaping in a blue jersey and every game is more experience for all our youngsters.

I did not even watch Saturday, I just could not bare another loss ofter the bokke went down, so I cried myself to sleep in my pillow, I need a new less stressfull sport to watch, like bowling or some such

It was one of those 50-50 games... 1 bit of luck either way and the result would have been different. Good advert for local rugby.

A bit of an anticlimax after the tri-nations but yeah the bulls made a few scares along the way, but I always knew the sharks would do it. There is just no replacement for experience.

I kinda was surprised at the Bulls kicker, Brandon? I think where did he come from.
