I welcome any team as champions that can take the CC. Imo the WP, Bulls and Freestate will be the favourites.

Lol, I will always be a bulls supporter, we know what it is like to be at the top and at the bottom of the log :)

I hear you. It's sacrilege, but the Bulls have become my "second" team. They've been an awesome outfit the last couple of years. I'm hoping we're now on the brink of the STORMERS ERA. :)

Typical Bullshyte. I'd be very careful of the Lions and Cheetahs this year. The Bulls have only got one direction to move in and it isn't upwards.

As far as I can tell, the Bulls are only reaching the midpoint of their peak.
They have at least 5 good years left if they hold on to their players.
The Lions and Cheetahs ain't got a hope in Super rugby.
The Sharks peaked 2 years ago, and are on the way down, and very quickly.

That is good to hear :) And don't worry the stormers have a younger team that are only being strengthened further. If you guys just keep bringing young players through like de Jong and not sell them I can not see how the stormers are not on the brink of having a very good couple of years.

As for the bulls after next year our academies must show their worth with players like Fourie leaving. I also think Victor might retire or go play overseas again. Bakkies wants to play overseas and I think he will also do this after the 2011 season. I am hoping the bulls don't lose Olivier/spies/steyn as that will really hurt.

We are already losing Fourie. Matfield I think will also retire. Bakkies will 10-1 leave. Steyn might go over the big pond. etc etc

You seem to be forgetting that the Sharks still did a lot of damage in this years S14, despite having an extended away run against some of the bigger teams. Stormers found that out the hard way. They also have a very young team, so I don't know where you get this "peaked 2 years ago" business from.

The bulls seem to have more star players itching to leave than The Sharks do.

Anyway, don't discount those cats teams in this years CC. They will be a force to reckon with, especially the Lions.

Like I said, sour grapes. Even Lion supporters I've spoken too this season (with the K@K season thay've had) aren't as sour as a Sharks supporter.
