You did, but to be fair I'm not sure what you expected pickles to taste like if not "pickle-ish"…

Also, nothing about BK makes me think of Steers or KFC, thank goodness.

Amen. Steers is the worst offender in South Africa when you compare the menu photos with whatever sorry excuse for a burger you're served.

I don't mind it, the McRoyale burger isn't half bad ... I don't go there too often though. Honestly I'm cutting down on my junk food intake, but when I do indulge it's gotta at least meet some minimum quality and appearance standards.

I don't mind the occasional McD's - certainly prefer that to Steers. Or at least I didn't mind it until the other weekend when I grabbed a quick Big Mac from the one opposite Moffit on Main and ended up with food poisoning.

No. Nine out of ten times your burger is delivered so squashed you have to lift the bun to remind yourself what you ordered, lol.
