Have a business ADSL line at work (4Meg, 10Meg isn't available in our region) which keeps dropping out. I've had Telkom perform a diagnostic on the line and they tell my that the session is continually terminated by the ISP (MWEB). MWEB shift the blame to Telkom and vice-versa. I've asked our Telkom Rep to give me a test account, but he hasn't been forthcoming with one. Any Advice?
We're on the MWEB premium bus ADSL package - If another ISP could offer us a test account for a few days, this would be great. If the account impresses us, then we'd happily jump ship to that ISP(We're not contract bound at this point).
Any advice? Suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated
