School holidays were scheduled around these days, not the other way around. Besides most people still work during school holidays, I was referring to those specific days.

Yes, but they wouldn't change the school holidays if they changed the public ones anyways. Especially the December ones, it's the end of the year. Like I said, many Christians do work on those days, some through choice, others being pretty much forced to. Not sure what your point was anyway.

Its pretty simple, do the same as in the states. There are 20+ holidays to choose from and you choose which ones you want. Done

So you go to a christain school, celebrate chrstian holidays etc. or go to a Rastafarian school, the place you work at must allow for the required holidays... etc.

You got it wrong mate, as an atheist my god or lack of one will have no problem with me partaking in others holidays so I'll just change my religion depending on the upcoming holidays
