Call popup notification talking to Asterisk

Hi everyone

I have a request from a client who wants to be notified when a client calls. Either in a web frontend panel like thing, or on a desktop PC and it has to be able to talk to Asterisk.

I have red that SugarCRM supports it but SugarCRM is way to bloated for such a simple request. I need something along similar to this:

Flash operator panel might do the trick?

But surely the phone should ring? What does he want a pop-up for?

Thirdlane can do this http://www.thirdlane.com/products/thirdlane-dialer and will also link into Outlook as a click to call dialer
