i think vodacom's server farms are hiding in your basement v3g! That is a monumental stuff up of epic proportions. Seriously. 2.2million rand. Unless you are operating a aluminium smelter in your bathroom there is no physical Way that domestic house could run up a bill like that. . .

With a bill like R2.2M at least you can argue that it's 'probably' wrong.

I am having the same problem. Took me almost a year to cancel a device that never worked and get my credits back from vodacom. I am now refusing to pay my vodacom account, due to me invoicing vodacom for my time spent trying to fix my account due to their negligence.
Who can I send my invoice to at vodacom for my time as my time has a value to it and vodacom should pay for waisting it.
