I live in Klerksdorp and I need help getting an OS on a very old (p4) PC of my mom's. I have an image of Ubuntu but I don't own my own computer at the moment so I can't flash it onto a flash drive. Internet cafés here don't allow me to download and install or run software so I can't use Rufus there. It's stupid. Anybody here willing to help me?

I considered that but don't have an SD card reader
