I'm worried that Sentech will F'up my cancellation.
I've been billed for September and I still owe them R800 odd for the deal I worked out when they didn't bill me for 3 months (got a deal to pay that amount over 3 months) - that will happen beginning of October along with my final monthly payment.
My concern is that if I phone them tommorrow and say "I would like to cancel" and indicate my final payment will be in October, meaning my service should terminate at the END of october, I can almost gaurantee they'll **** everything up and disable my account.
Well, I've got news for Sentech - if this does indeed happen (which I'm sure it will), my bank will be informed NOT to allow ANY further payments to go through to Sentech, and I'll keep the damn modem too.
As always, with Sentech, I'm expecting trouble and hastle and bumbling idiocy bordering on complete and utter incompetence that is so sad, it's laughable. I tell you, I get angrier and angrier anticipating the **** I'm most likely going to go through in cancelling this terrible service.
I don't know why I bother - my family and friends think I'm mad to have kept this TOTAL PILE OF STEAMING CR AP going for so long - I must be insane. I should've cancelled back in May, but my optimistic nature stalled me.
