cancellation help

Phone 011 6917000, ask to speak to Nadia. She seems very sweet. Inform her that you want to cancel, she'll probably ask you to send her a fax or email. Then it should be done ...

hmm, sounds almost too easy. I sent an email to cancel yesterday, then another one today and now they opened a ticket for my speed issues. You pay any fees?

Not that I'm aware of. If I do pay any fees some heads will roll because I wasn't really informed. Also, I requested a refund from the date Potgieter promised the fix implementation which I think is quite reasonable, I'm still waiting to hear what's happening on that one ...

ConDamage: Can you post that email that you used? I'm also considering cancelation!

I tried going thru the support@ route, don't think the email went any further than that. Your best bet would be to call Nadia to sort it out. I'm gonna call her today and will post info on my cancelation.
