Yea, i see i posted in here a year ago, and also got hit with that bug. I cancelled my bundle using the MyMeg0 thing last month, didn't look again. This month i got my invoice, what do you know, my bundle wasn't deactivated. In fact i now have a MyMeg 0MB AND a MyMeg 500MB bundle loaded.
So i had to jump through a bunch of hoops to sort it out. Of course, Vodacom can only do things in calendar months, so it will take 2 months to get it all settled.
I sometimes wonder if the Voda Coders ever test their stuff, that part of the website has been buggy since i start using it [ almost 2 years ago]
