Cancelling Mweb tomorrow, need advice

I appreciate mweb taking the effort and have not had any customer problems during my time with them. I am just frustrated with the speeds on my line and restrictions to certain sites.

If I could get the same cap, speeds and access to sites on mweb as what I am going to get with telkom at the same price I will stay with mweb no problem. But don't think their is any package to compare.

I had mweb as well(gave notice during feb), unforunately I had to opt for the slightly more expensive openweb gold, the best part - it is all that I expected it to be.

My Megaupload premium account gets me my promised line speed, unlike with mweb where I have a few golden hours between 2-5 in the morning(it's like you have an openweb after hours uncapped account with mweb). The best part is running the download with crippled speeds on mweb , even makes the line unusable with their shaping. You get 23kB's and yet , you still can't browse.

So yeah, for me personally - I am glad I cancelled and made the change.

so again we are back to taking 2 minutes to open to landing page of MyBB, so glad I canceled, just have to wait another month

I thought it was just me. Even if I limit my torrents to 50KB down and 12KB up I still can't play starcraft. It's like using torrents messes up the connection completely whether you are using 10% or 90% of your line speed.

what p*ssed me off was that mwebs terms of agreement and fair use policy was intentionally written in an ambiguous manner to treat the consumer like sh*t. how they on the one hand offer a service and try the best they can to cripple your use of it and when their efforts still don't succeed they resort to said terms of agreement and fair use policy to get rid of you. what other excuses do they have for those with high usage business adsl accounts and would you even bother?
