Cannot access sanral internet website using cellphone with MTN service provider

Can anyone explain why http://www.sanral.co.za is not accessible using a cellphone Internet connection and MTN service provider. No problem connecting to other sites. Thanks

Because they blocked overseas ip's from accessing the site probably because of DDoS attacks. But the idiots included SA ip's belonging to some companies in SA.
 
Idiots! So they deny mobile SA customers online access to our e-toll accounts and then bitch that we dont pay......
 
My *** they shut down their own website, no need for anybody to hack it or funk it up.
