Cannot connect to Gmail

I did get the joke... was just boasting! :p

But seriously... I do strongly suggest you guys install the Offline Google Gears application as soon as possible. Use up the rest of your cap this month on it, or make it a priority next month.

Your Offline working properly? Mine was supposedly fully synchronised this morning but now i can't see any email that came in after the 3rd of Feb.....

might just do that a bit later before I head home this afternoon, but unplugging from the LAN will mean that I have to restart all my work systems so don't want to need to do that now.

you still can not give me a paid service...

The convenience outweighs the inconvenience...

Are you suggesting you are happy about the beta free service you were complaining about?

In this case the irony is far outweighing the said convenience.

this so called "beta" service...

Don't get me wrong. Great service, but according to Google it is beta. I just don't think it is a wise thing to be solely reliant on for business. You obviously feel this is a solution that works for you, until it fails.

Has worked fine for me since mid 2005. Worked fine for me today too. :) I have several backups though. :) Is far easier for me than backing up and restoring my Outlook Files or Thunderbird mail.

Well since it's inception this is the biggest hiccup Gmail has had. I think that's waaaaay better than most paid for services
